The order comes straight from Planning Center, so nobody re-types the service into five systems. Each moment carries what every device should be doing, and the values forward-fill - a light stays where it was until a later cue moves it, so the room never goes dark just because a cue didn't mention the wash. That's why the response row still reads "held": the camera simply kept its last shot.
Firing a cue moves every console to that row at the same instant - the Hog jumps to its lighting cue, ProPresenter to the right slide, the switcher to its look - so a volunteer never has to say "3, 2, 1, go" and hope three operators react together. The amber row is simply where the whole rig is sitting right now, and everyone is looking at the same list.
